Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love to create custom pieces! Bring me your imagination. Or...pictures, colors, themes. We will create a mock up design for you to see!
What services do you offer?
We offer custom wood home/office decor. Woodworking, laser cutting, engraving, and design options.
What materials do you work with?
Wood, acrylic, metal, plexiglass, leather.
What is your turnaround time on orders?
We generally try to complete orders within a 2 week timeframe. Some orders are quicker than others depending on detail and some longer. PLEASE BE SURE TO MENTION IF ORDER IS NEEDED BY A SPECIFIC DATE.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards in all in all increments? You will receive a email with a digital gift card you can print.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifts?
We do! We would love to help you with your bulk orders. If you have a idea in mind, shoot us a message or call and we can discuss your ideas and pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 48 hours from your order placement to request a cancellation.
When can I expect my mock up design?
We generally try to get mock up designs to you within 3-5 days. Sometimes sooner, sometimes longer. It really depends on our workload at the time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We love to wrap your gifts! Let us take care of all the work for you! Just mention at time of order that it is a gift.

What payment methods do you take?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay.

RETURNS
Do you take returns?
No. Since we offer custom items which typically include personalization, etc we do not except returns. If item is damaged due to shipping we will open a claim with the shipping provider and replace item if item is found to be damaged in shipping. You will need to provide pictures of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in.
SHIPPING
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping all over the US. We can ship internationally(we can quote you a price at time of order).
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship using USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. We will ship with the most cost effective rates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is complete we will send you a tracking number via email or text depending on how you ordered.
